Simplifies the dev setup process

Usage:

Clone https://github.com/ThierrySans/CSCC09
cd to CSCC09 root directory
run docker build -t cscc09 .
run docker run -d -p 4000:4000 cscc09
Wait around 10 seconds for jekyll to begin serving, then visit http://localhost:4000
