This patch improves the TEXTRECT upscaling no longer have major artefacting in Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask when in areas with prerendered backgrounds or when switching screen on the pause menu.
This patch does not fix all TEXRECT upscaling issues. For example, Mario Kart still has artefacts when using TEXRECT upscaling; however, it does not appear to ever break anything that wasn't broken before, so it is a strict improvement over the previous implementation.
