Yeah, I think moving this into configs in the long run would be best. Maybe set it up so you could give it user(s), a regex to search, and a list of phrases Tracker can say in response. I could see it being good for something like tracker making fun of Doctor Smasher for always bringing up Shaktool. |

I wonder if we'll need to move this to the config project soon.
