Add badge pointers for hierarchy (knowledge trees)
Implement community voting with upvote/downvote
Prevent double voting per user per badge
Update frontend UI with vote buttons and scores
Add comprehensive tests for new functionality
Maintain backward compatibility with existing badges

Note: make sure the env are good for the metadata call

Closes #118
