This also adds a basic install script so the number of steps necessary for getting up and running doesn’t change.
The update simply updates the the submodule to the latest version.

Decouples the Cupper Hugo Theme from the Hugo snapshot that ships with Cupper. Closes #27.
(Heydon, you’ll probably not want to accept this pull request directly into master as it adds my fork of the cupper theme. Please feel free to create your own fork of the cupper-hugo-theme repo under the ThePacielloGroup namespace and alter the installation script to include it from there. Once that’s done, I’ll be happy to fork that and send any future pull requests for the theme to there.)
