Replace beta.11 JS bundle (npm) with v1.0.0-RC.8 (GitHub CDN). The beta used different SSE event types (datastar-merge-fragments) than the Go SDK v1.1.0 (datastar-patch-elements), causing all SSE events to be silently ignored by the client. Also update attribute key delimiter from hyphen to colon per RC.6 breaking change: data-on-click -> data-on:click.
