Adds PDF export functionality Introduces functionality to export web pages as PDFs. This includes setting up a browser manager with Puppeteer, creating an API endpoint to trigger the export, and configuring authentication for accessing the target web pages.

Introduce PDF export capabilities for voting results, including a new API endpoint and integration with Puppeteer. Enhance member retrieval and update export pages to reflect the new structure.
