fixed bug where app/tabs/connection/serial.py used broken AVR-Python-Libraries library. Now uses the PySerial.tools.list_ports.comports function, which is a requirement from the AVR-Python-Libraries already
Only tested on Ubuntu 22.04 and MacOS Sonoma, but should work on Windows.
