- rename contract for its function
- add privileged two-level admin functions
- modify internal data record type to include timestamp, data source and decimal precision
- add method stubs to set delegate and transfer funds
- add variable pricing for feeds
- improve error handling to reduce cost
- add integrated data consumer contract with tests
