Title says it all.
In this PR I migrated the bot over to v13 of Discord.JS (required for certain library features) and made the memberInfo API provide more details about users. This change is required as the upgrades to the memberInfo API will be used on testausserveri.fi.
I am unsure if the bot is still functional, I had to fix some stuff during the Discord.js v12 -> v13 migration. All features should be tested.
I'm marking this as a draft PR, because I am unable to test this in my own local environment.
