Courier Nerf

Changes:

• Items at a courier can no longer be sent to friends who are in an earlier half of the act than you.
• Attempting to select a recipient in an earlier half of the act will fail and the courier will express their annoyance with the message: "Too far behind for a delivery!"

Note: Reaching the 9th floor of an act, where all the nodes are treasures, indicates that you've reached the second half of the act.

Benefit: It is no longer possible to transfer valuable items to a player who is waiting at a courier in the first half of an act. This prevents the exploitation of tedious waiting strategies that would otherwise be optimal.
