For the stJUP wrapper, it would be great to have a "partial cancel unstake" instruction in the locker program.
Some users want to cancel only a portion of their
PartialUnstaking::amount, rather than the entire amount.I created a new instruction to avoid breaking backward compatibility.
If that's not an issue, I can make another PR to add a new
Option<u64>parameter to the existingmerge_partial_unstakinginstruction.
