Added a required_service field to model as a foreign key. If it's set, a member service can only be self-subscribed if the required service is also subscribed.
Added filtering with the required_service to view so that only services that can be self-subscribed are shown.
Added tests for above additions.
This was added so that self-subscribe services can be depended on other services.
