Parameter f see p. 3-3 Parameter b, e2, e2b see p. 3-9 Better use e2 and e2b from the NGA document, because it defines a and f and calculates b from it. But with the heavily rounded b value we would not calculate a correct f and all derived variables.
To make clear that they belong to the WGS84 values. Also insert e2 and e2b from Moritz (1980).
