Add ServerListPlus v3.5.0 configuration for Velocity including Default/Personalized status entries and host-specific overrides (torosaba.net, milk.nuresen.be, minuma.torosaba.net). Enable PlayerTracking with JSON storage, configure favicon handling (SCALE, 10s timeout) and strip RGB for outdated clients. Also add favicon image assets (toro, toro-inverse, minuma-nose, mmcicon, doro) used by the configuration.
Add a public Geyser-Velocity configuration (config.pub.yml) with Bedrock listener, Java auth, MOTD set to "TORO Server", enabled integrated resource pack, force-resource-packs and debug-mode enabled (config-version 5). Also add the binary ResourcePack.pub.mcpack under packs/ to be served to Bedrock clients.
