Full rebuild of this theme, from the ground up!

Major changes

• Rather than just underlining HTML elements, v2 has an actual 0.5cm grid and uses line-height to line everything up to it
• Now prints to PDF nicely!
• Whitelines and Blacklines now share common resources, so installing both is just a case of copying two CSS files rather than one
• Background is a local SVG image, rather than downloading from Whitelines website each time

To install

Download the file whitelines.zip and extract it to the Typora themes folder.
