Creating the first user

GUI Steps

To create the first user (admin) you must complete the installation by going to the server basepath (eg. for

http://localhost/TPS/Setup/?q=complete
go to 
http://localhost/TPS/

then if using Database Login you should see the following:

[SECL Auth Type"]
[      ***      ]

Select Server: Server 
[     Login     ]

select "login" you will then be taken to a different login page specifically designed for Database logins

you will need to use the register in the bottom left and complete the registration process.

Database Changes

Go into the database and assign access level 2 to the user that you just registered. you in theory could use any access level that is unique to the station but this should be used for the legacy pages.
