- Ported all original content from README - Moved /logs to /projects - Updated copy file instructions - Moved OS-Build -> /software

I like this idea. I've used this repo for teaching in the past, so there may be a need to split the teaching examples from the other stuff. |

Goal is to make it easier for new students to understand how to build, setup, and use the HTC w/ BBB.
Summary:
- Moved projects to dedicated folder
- Refreshed HW readme to include clear build instructions with images.
- New errata added
- Updates SW OS Build instructions (now readme)
- Moved sw realted items to dedicated folder
- Added notes and warning for all build instructions.
