Esse PR resolve as dependências que faltavam após atualizar o pacote do React Native de 0.70.3 para 0.71.3 e também ativa o Hermes, que melhora o tempo de execução do JS e diminui o código, com isso melhora também a inicialização do app, diminui o tamanho do pacote da aplicação (IPA e APK) e diminui o uso da RAM. (Adeus, JSC!!)
