I stick to Linux because I like knowing exactly what's happening under the hood. I like exploring unclear problems where learning comes from testing, breaking things, and figuring them out step by step.
I learn by doing. Most of my time goes into scripting and automating the boring stuff so I can focus on the interesting problems.
The same mindset bleeds into my product work. I love the messy, early stages of a project where there's no map and the decisions you make actually define the outcome.
Uncertainty doesn't bother me; I feel that's where the real work happens.
Open source has taught me a lot, reading code, understanding different systems, and contributing where I can. I like building things that are practical, shared, and improved over time.
- Early-stage product design
- Linux systems & internals
- Scripting & automation
- Solving problems that don't have answers yet
- Open source collaboration
- Freelance or contract work
- Hackathons & intense sprints
- Anything real, early, or difficult
If it's real, early, or worth figuring out properly, I'm interested.
