## 1. Groth16 Circuit Implementations ✅

### 1.1 PR #121 - Groth16 Battle Circuit Constraints

**Status**: ✅ **VERIFIED - NO ACTION REQUIRED**

**Rationale**:
- Build workflows already exist and are functional (verified above)
- No placeholder documentation file `docs/issue-16.md` found in current repository
- Issue #16 requirements are met by existing CI/release workflows

**Notes**:
- Build infrastructure is complete and operational
- No placeholder files to remove
- Documentation hygiene maintained
