The Customizability update

Fixxed:
[/] You can now use every kind of syntax on the database. This includes the ip aswell as the port
[/] The same goes for discord roles if you are using the setting useTokens
[/] The SRV connection now works with a bukkit linking plugin (no need to setup, just put the bukkit plugin on your srv server and set useSRV to true)
[/] The Database will not not loop infinitly
Add:
[+] New Discord command !info (requieres permisison) You can get all information about a player/member
[+] add db.* as permission (grants you all permission)
[+] The discord messages have been moved to DiscordMessages.yml and can now be way more customized
[+] You can now set a prefix for you discord commands
[+] You can now set how long the bot will wait until he deletes a discord message
[+] You can now give every group a custom prefix to when a name gets synced over to the discord
