Update about post-filtering of uCoS

Important update

1. Adding a post-inference function get_robust_ucos function to filtering the weaker trait-specific uCoS.
2. Adding poster-filtering of uCoS in colocboost main function when output_level = 2: Higher thresholds can be specified if users want to focus only on strong trait-specific events.
