Important update about post-filtering

Important update

Adding poster-filtering parameter in colocboost main function.

• pvalue_cutoff = 1e-3: remove the colocalized outcome in CoS if p-value greater than this cutoff
• cos_npc_cutoff = 0.2: remove the CoS with cos_npc less than this cutoff
• npc_outcome_cutoff = 0.2: remove the colocalized outcome in CoS if npc_outcome less than this cutoff

Higher thresholds can be specified if users want to focus only on strong colocalization events. For future analysis, please refer to Tutorial: Filter colocalization events by relative strength of evidence and function get_robust_colocalization.
