Updates to the FIRE over just TpB HF

Changes:

• Lang changes to match colour
• Heat loss at 3/75 instead of 5/125
• Temp floor at 925MK instead of 0MK
• Fixes the structure to be the intended one in this post https://discord.com/channels/1177211394039484477/1460659392125861908/1467496251074547797
• Slight refactor of getter to use lombok instead

The structure file had an issue with there being 1 extra temp casing at the back bottom center, should be any.

Additionally, the HF structure needs a tiny upgrade with a little flame above the palm of the hand (same sig glass)
