Added the help command to stanza that lists the commands and optionally lists details of the command. Also added in support for -h and --help should a user attempt to use it.
This pull request address items 3 and 4 of Issue #48.
The descriptions and details may not be as detailed as necessary and for the extend command, not necessarily correct. I will leave it to Patrick to determine what the string literals should actually be. :)
