Added a few gg features that it uses:
* output_dir member for thunks: any files in this directory will be
collected after execution.
* Better execution error messages:
* Add (potential) error messages to ExecutionError
* Good error message for a missing output directory.
* Good error message for directory in output directory.
* Better error message for left-behind files.
* --output-path PATH flag for gg-create-thunk, which causes the thunk
to be written to the given path, rather than the blob path.
