For this version release, @deborahfnoliveira mainly worked on:

• Adding Singularity container information
• Downgrading two package patches (numpy 1.21.5 -> 1.21.1; tensorflow 2.4.4 -> 2.4.0) in Singularity and Conda files
• Adding option of saving coordinates of positive cells per image
• Updating all results files accordingly
