- Improve custom styling of documentation, with a custom python lexer, and syntax highlighting pygments style.
- Update pyproject pylint config due to unfixed of applying rules improperly against stub files (pyi).
- Change organization of API documentation to be within own subfolder.
- Update sphinx configuration to correctly setup application, and extensions (both builtin and custom).
