.github/workflows/javadoc.yml - the github workflow that generates the javadoc and deploys it to github pages in the gh-pages branch
googleJavaFormat was bumped to 1.15.0, from 5767619
spotless was bumped, because the javadoc task would fail otherwise
the javadoc gradle configs are self explanatory
all of the other commits were made by spotlessApply
