Following pakcages can be installed from APT.

• python3-pandas
• R

You need to install following softwares manually.

• python3-scikit-learn
• processing3
• sbt

How to run

$ python3 count.py test.json

Java version

Your Java may be old. Update or recompile Simplify_Integral.java and Unsimplify_Integral.java
