Look, I've reviewed approximately one line of code today. ONE. LINE. (Even for me — a guy whose entire career is showing up, making a mess, and leaving — this feels anticlimactic.) Renovate bumped Microsoft.NET.Test.Sdk from 18.0.1 to 18.3.0 in Tests/Directory.Build.targets. That's it. That's the whole PR.
Conclusion: Clean dependency bump, nothing to see here. The test SDK version is centrally managed via Directory.Build.targets so it applies consistently across all test projects — exactly how it should be done. Ship it.
