Replaced the DDR initialization file for 1GB DDR configuration: - Switched from `param_mc_C-011_D4-01-2.c` to `param_mc_C-011_D4-02-2.c` This change enables support for updated DDR parameters optimized for 1GB configurations using the new revision.
- Added param_mc_C-011_D4-02-2.c for G2UL - Added param_mc_C-011_D4-02-2.c for V2L
