The file ./R/generationAndSampling.R is the master file, creats the austrian
pseudo population and sample data used in the R package emdi.

Other R files contain auxiliar functions used by generationAndSampling.R

adjustShapeFile.R was used to prepare the shapefile in emdi: The district names 
were changed, to make merging more easy.
