Contributing Guidelines

1.  If a major change or enhancement
          please create a seperate feature branch as FEATURE_NAME_BRANCH
    else 
          contribute to the "hacktoberfest" branch
   

2. Work on any issue only when it is assigned to you. Contributors are given priority on First Come First Serve Basis.
3. PRs featuring little tweaks or any spamming PRs will not be accepted.
4. If you want to work on any improvement or enhanncement, first open an issue explaining it in detail, after getting reviewed then only start working on it.
