Random Drawing:

• $drawing start - Starts untimed random drawing (use $drawing stop to pick a winner)
  • $drawing start <timer_minutes> - Starts a random drawing that picks a winner after <timer_minutes> minutes
• $drawing stop - Ends current drawing (timed or untimed) and picks a winner
• $drawing cancel - Cancels current drawing without picking a winner
• $drawing redraw - Picks a new winner from the list of entries
• $drawing reset - Clears lists of previous winners and current entries
• $drawing winners - Displays list of previous winners
• $enter - Enters yourself in the current drawing
  • $enter <username> - Enters another user in the current drawing
