This project contains the code and IsItABarrel algorithm used to create the IsItABarrelDB.
The IsItABarrelDB has an associated web application, where you can download the entire database or a filtered set of results. It can be found at https://isitabarrel.ku.edu.
The input files used for generating the IsItABarrelDB can be found at https://github.com/SluskyLab/isitabarrel-data.
