Fixed JavaDoc issues that were causing errors in Gradle 2.9. Updated bintray plugin version to 1.2. Added fetch for artwork. Use entityType to determine type of program.

Is there a particular reason to upgrade the bintray plugin?

Yes, it was when using gradle 2.9.
