Release 2.1 (Standalone EXE)

I've packaged PaletteSwapper into a standalone EXE file. For those not on Windows, the JAR file can be found in the "app" folder and can be ran manually using JRE16 from the command line.

This new version supports unindexed sprites/images.

This is an executable JAR file that will run the program. All you have to do is make sure you have Java installed and click it. You can also drag it onto Command Prompt and run it from there to get feedback from the program as it runs.
