idTip is a continuation of the addon known as SpellID in WotLK.
This addon will add a relevant ID to any existing tooltip, and will create a tooltip when mousing over an achievement or clicking on a quest in your questlog.
Gives the IDs of:
- Spells
- Items
- Achievements
- Achievement Criteria
- Quests
- NPCs
