An effort at improvements towards
constcorrectness. Tried not to make any changes which might impact existing code. Corrected some little things (misspellings, mostly). AddedQ_ASSERT_Xto some constructors to ensure that pointers were valid. AddedCONFIG += warn_onto project file.
