This repository is used for tracking bugs and issues in Silverzone Interactive products. The bug tracker is public and can be used by anyone to report bugs or issues in Silverzone Interactive products.
To report a bug, please create a new issue in the Issues tab. Please provide as much information as possible, such as:
- The affected product or service, including the version number, if applicable.
- Your system details, such as the operating system version, browser version, or device model. Additionally, for games, include your hardware specifications.
- A detailed description of the bug or issue, including steps to reproduce it.
- Additional screenshots and logs, if available. You may also link to videos or other external resources, if you are able to provide them.
- Any other relevant information that may help in identifying and resolving the bug.
Please note that Silverzone might not be able to respond to every issue, but we will do our best to address critical bugs and issues as quickly as possible. Some issues may go unresolved in our public bug tracker, but we will still work on fixing them internally. We may also close issues we are unable to reproduce or that are out of our scope.
When a bug is reported, it will be triaged by the Silverzone team. We will assign a priority to the bug based on its severity and impact on users. The bug will then be added to our internal bug tracking system for resolution.
