Vita

Shuang Lin was born in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province, China, and later moved to Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province, where he grew up. In 2017, Shuang graduated from Xiamen University with a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science and Engineering and a minor in Economics. In 2020, he earned his Master of Science degree in Materials Engineering from the University of Southern California. In August 2020, Shuang began his Ph.D. studies at Pennsylvania State University, co-advised by Dr. Zi-Kui Liu and Dr. Allison M. Beese.
