There was a
:saturday_deliveryoption for FedEx rate requests, but it did not seem to affect label creation.Section 18.2, "Saturday Ship and Delivery Coding Details", of the FedEx developer guide suggests an XPath of
RequestedShipment/ SpecialServicesRequested/SpecialServiceTypeswith a value of"SATURDAY_SHIPPING". I tried that and it produced correct labels for me.This PR makes create_shipment accept the same
:saturday_deliveryoption asfind_rates. When that option is provided, the above mentioned XML is included in the request.
