New version - breaking changes!

update project dependencies:

• Bootstrap v4.5.3 -> Bootstrap v5.2.3
• BootstrapTable v1.18.1 -> v1.21.4
• jQuery v3.5.1 -> v3.6.4

Attention: the new bootstrap version generates breaking changes - so nearly every file was changed in that update process
