Apologies for the confusion with this PR. Closing this in favor of PR #10561, which includes these changes along with additional updates to using-microsoft-graph-apis.md and simplify-adding-web-parts-with-preconfigured-entries.md for a comprehensive gulp-to-heft migration across multiple documentation files.

Going forward, I'll ensure to always rebase with main and create new branches from main (not from other feature branches) to avoid including unintended changes in future PRs.
