Started adding a ServerManager implementation for crafty based on the Pterodactyl implementation.
Implements getting server status, starting servers, stopping servers, and restarting servers on crafty.
Adds an up-to-date example proxy config file for crafty servers Also adds configuration example for crafty in the main `config.yaml` example file

Globally seems good, just need to change the log when there is a failed post attempt to the crafty API
