Repeat_inbound_idoc

Example for repeat inbound IDOC.

First of all we need to open for read data form exist IDOC, after getting data we must close IDOC.

Note: all export parametrs for FM IDOC_WRITE_AND_START_INBOUND must be pass by value, because they'll be changing.
