Primal Path 3rd Level: Wild Surge

Displays in the chat area the effect and values of any effects.

Primal Path 10th Level: Unstable Backlash

Provides the option to end rage or reroll the wild surge.

Primal Path 14th Level: Controlled Surge

Rolls the wild surge twice and gives the corresponding option when entering rage or attempting to change with Unstable Backlash.
