This action will allow users to override the “Agent Capacity” in Advanced Work Assignment for a particular channel.
Channel Managers can take this decision based on the queue length on a particular day and agent’s capability for smooth operations.


Inputs:

Name = Service Channel , field type = Reference (table = awa_service_channel) , Mandatory
= true
Name = Agent , field type = Reference (table = sys_user) , Mandatory
= true
Name = Capacity , field type = String , Mandatory
= true
Output:

Name= Capacity Message, field type = String
Error Message added

Do we have a way to skip deleted files while merging like we do in servicenow update sets.

Can you please sync your repo using 'sync fork' and then from your instance please follow steps from below URL'Pull changes from your remote repository' section
